Green Grapes And Banana Smoothie Bowl With Coconut Chips

Enjoy the latest food trend and turn your smoothie into a gorgeous brekkie bowl.


  • 1 banana, frozen
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • 1½ cups (300g) frozen AUTUMNCRISP® brand green seedless grapes
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup (40g) coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp honey


  1. Heat the oven to 180° and toast the coconut flakes for 10-15 minutes or until lightly golden.
  2. Combine frozen banana, frozen grapes (reserving a small handful), and coconut milk in a blender and puree until smooth. Add a touch more of liquid if necessary, but keeping in mind it should be thick and spoonable.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with the coconut flakes, sliced banana, remaining grapes and a drizzle of honey. Enjoy!
