Fruit Salad Pizza

This fruit salad “pizza”, featuring delicious seedless grapes, is a versatile recipe that can be prepared as a kid-friendly snack or a healthy dessert. Adjust the ingredients to include your favourite fruits and toppings!


  • 1 large seedless watermelon, 25cm diameter
  • 1/4 cup red seedless grapes, sliced
  • 1/4 cup green seedless grapes, sliced
  • 1 kiwi fruit, sliced
  • 1 peach, sliced
  • 1/4 cup white choc chips
  • Dried coconut flakes
  • A few mint leaves


  1. Slice watermelon into two 2cm thick pieces.
  2. Top watermelon “pizza base” with sliced grapes, kiwifruit, and peach.
  3.  Garnish with choc chips, coconut flakes, and mint leaves.
  4. Using a knife or pizza slicer, cut into wedges.
  5. Enjoy!

*For a savoury twist, replace the choc chips and coconut flakes with crumbled feta.
