Gordon Robertson



It’s not enough to grow delicious produce that offers delightful flavors. You also have to communicate the benefits of your produce to customers and consumers around the world, and ensure that you have the right product going to the right customer. As senior vice president of sales & marketing, Gordon is the ultimate liaison between growers, customers, and consumers managing all international and domestic sales and marketing activities for the company.

His responsibilities include strategic planning, grower and customer relations and his favorite duty of all, guiding his team of talented sales & marketing managers. Gordon is also active in the industry’s trade associations, representing Sun World on the United Fresh Grower, Packer, Shipper board.

The business of bringing delicious foods to market is not new for Gordon. Before joining Sun World, he spent 21 years at Campbell’s Soup Company where he worked across frozen and canned food divisions and all classes of trade in field sales and trade marketing. He also completed the Cornell Food Executive Program. His most recent role there was vice president of joint business and trade marketing.
