The salty prosciutto tastes beautiful with the sweet, juicy grapes, and dates on these colourful skewers.
1 cup (270g) AUTUMNCRISP® brand green seedless grapes
18 pitted Medjool dates (340g), halved
10 thin slices prosciutto, halved lengthwise
- One by one gently skewer a date halve followed by the end of the prosciutto and then a grape. Continue this three more times so you have the dates and grapes alternating on the skewer with a ribbon of prosciutto weaving in between them.
- Continue the above with the remaining skewers until finished.
- Arrange the skewers on a platter and serve.
