Black Grape, Almond and Red Cabbage Salad with Black Olives

Add a burst of colour to your plate with this delicious red cabbage & grapes salad.


  • 1 cup (170g) Sun World black seedless grapes, cut in half
  • ¼ red cabbage, finely shredded
  • ½ cup (140g) whole almonds, toasted and chopped
  • ½ cup (64g) pitted black olives, cut in half
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp sherry vinegar
  • Black pepper and sea salt to season
  • 50g parmesan, shaved


  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, Dijon mustard and sherry vinegar until combined.
  2. Add in the grapes, red cabbage, almonds and olives and toss until everything is well coated in the dressing.
  3. Season with black pepper and sea salt.
  4. Arrange in bowls and top with the shaved parmesan
