You can even cut these delicious icy poles into slices and serve between wafers.
1kg black seedless grapes
1 cup greek yoghurt
1L vanilla ice cream, softened
Remove the grapes from the bunch. Set one cup of grapes aside. Put the rest into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Strain the mixture through a sieve or cheesecloth, discarding the skins. You should have two cups of juice.
Whisk the grape juice and yoghurt together in a large container suitable for the freezer. Add the ice cream and whisk until well combined.
Freeze for one hour. Remove from freezer, whisk until smooth and freeze for a further hour.
Remove from the freezer and, again, whisk until smooth. Cut any of the large reserved grapes in half, then stir all grapes into the ice cream mixture.
Spoon into icy pole moulds. Position the stick in the centre, cover and freeze overnight.
